2) I have chosen this because I think it's important to just see where things go sometimes. There isn't anything in life that is really a sure thing and a business venture is one of the biggest ones on that list. Also, I would want to know that people actually wish my service existed in other places before i considered expanding.
3) I think this exit strategy has affected other decisions I have made because in the end I am willing to try lots of things to see if the product would become more or less successful. It may have blinded me from taking advantage of certain opportunities because I haven't been exactly committed to the ventures success no matter what.
Hey Eddy! I like your strategy because it's thinking realistically. Not every business is going to fall under one of the three defined exit strategies and it's hard to pick an exit strategy for a business that you haven't even started yet so I understand and think that it's a perfectly acceptable answer to say that your exit strategy would depend on the success of the company. ReplyDeleteEddy,
ReplyDeleteGood work on this assignment! I am in the same boat as you, I am not sure what I would do with my company since I do not know how successful it would be. I did however do the assignment assuming my plan was very successful. If you want to check my blog out I posted it below!
